Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre introduces HYBA (Hyderabad Brings Arabia). The Pan-Arabic-inspired restaurant offers a culinary journey, celebrating the flavours and tastes inspired by Arabia.

The choice of the cuisine largely relates to its blend of aromas, spices and tastes. Spices from India add flavour to the dishes along with Middle Eastern herbs and spices like saffron, thyme, garlic and yogurt.

On the occasion, Rubin Cherian, the General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention said " It warms my heart to finally open the doors to our new culinary delight, HYBA. Ever since we started out on this quest for a speciality restaurant to liven up our already exciting space, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, we knew we wanted to bring a cuisine, that is not only from a region that the Hydrabadis are aspirational about but is also one that is close to their hearts. Our passion stems from identifying that difference, a mere combination of things that could change the tapestry you may remember as La Cantina to these beautiful olive-laden wonders from Pan Arabia, now known as HYBA. I am excited to see our vision finally translated to life & hope everyone gets to experience this rich blend that will elevate the city’s culinary heritage.”

HYBA poses a range of seating options varying from indoors, outdoors & by the bar. The menu at HYBA features a selection of dishes including, Jujeh Kebab, Lamb Tagine, Ruz Bukhari, Kunafa, and much more. 

Adding to this Chef Kailash Gundupalli, Director of Culinary Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention said: " HYBA is a culinary celebration of the Mediterranean's finest flavours, where tradition and innovation unite to create a symphony of taste that transports our guests to the heart of the region.
