Annurag Batra, Chairman of BW BusinessWorld, said, “It's a great time to be in India, it’s a great time to be an entrepreneur. There is so much support for entrepreneurship, especially for the women of Bharat. MeraBizNet is a great example of that, and Pritha Dutt has all my support towards the platform.”
Anna Roy, Senior Advisor, NITI Aayog, remarked, “India is a rich and diverse country, and no single platform can cater to all its needs. It gives me immense pleasure to be at the launch of MeraBizNet, a bespoke digital platform that will meet a huge gap in providing mentoring, funding, and support to the women entrepreneurs of Bharat. Coming from the Women Entrepreneurship Platform, I look forward to partnering with MeraBizNet for further scale.”
Launching the portal, Pritha Dutt highlighted that MeraBizNet would also provide call-based and email-based assistance in navigating and using the services. The portal is built on the back of years of experience designing and implementing employment, livelihood and entrepreneurial programs. MeraBizNet is targeting to impact at least 20,000 women by the year 2025, enabling these Women Entrepreneurs (WE) to be totally empowered and giving them all the help they need to grow their ventures. Through its initiatives, MerBizNet is furthering three UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): No Poverty (SDG 1), Gender Equality (SDG5), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8).
Sanjay Modi, Senior Director, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, said, “MeraBizNet is an excellent initiative, with a huge scope and potential. The platform’s dedication to fostering a supportive ecosystem and providing valuable resources and mentorship to the women of Bharat is commendable. I wish the best to Pritha Dutt, and extend my support to the platform.”
Aligned with India's paramount goals of fostering entrepreneurship, empowering women, and driving economic growth, MeraBizNet stands as a transformative platform that wholeheartedly embraces this vision. We eagerly anticipate the unwavering support and collaboration of all stakeholders, as we forge ahead to catalyze change, unlock immense potential, and shape a future where women entrepreneurs thrive and lead the way towards a prosperous nation.
