Fabindia showcases its festive collection Malhar, a dramatic interplay of colors and prints
Fabindia offers contemporary silhouettes and vivid colors to enhance traditional festive style.

Fabindia, one of India’s largest lifestyle retailers, announces the launch of its annual pre-festive collection—Malhar. Celebrating the upcoming festive season, Malhar showcases versatile, dramatic silhouettes against a vibrant palette that is representative of our country’s rich ethnic design sensibilities, renowned globally. The new range is a fusion of modern and classic styles.
The latest collection features soft hues that harmonize the flamboyance of culture, traditions, and architecture of its muse, Bundi. Luxurious textiles like Chanderi, Jamdani, Banarasi, and Maheshwari feature a palette of Gerua-Lal, Peacock Green, Hibiscus red and neutrals and beige that reflect the deep-rooted heritage of the palaces.
Malhar’s extensive canvas is a love affair of diverse traditional fabrics with dramatic, contemporary silhouettes giving every outfit a unique look that sets it apart from the traditional fashion normcore. Adding to the charm are geometric prints and distinct textures. The new collection introduces dynamic and diverse prints and design details for those want to stand out, offering twists on the traditional staples we have grown accustomed to.
Speaking about the new collection, Mr. Viney Singh, Managing Director, Fabindia, says, “Malhar has always been an integral and exciting collection for Fabindia simply because of India’s love for celebrations. Every festival in this country has a special significance and the upcoming festive season means it is time for togetherness. As a brand we celebrate India and what can be better than offering a melange of lifestyle products that are distinct in their identity. Fabindia wants to celebrate that feeling of happiness through Malhar with our customers.”
Spanning menswear, women's wear, and kidswear, Malhar features jackets, placket kurtas, flowy fuss-free dresses, ghera skirts, sarees, scarves, accessories and more. The new range is now available in stores across India as well as on the Fabindia website.
