The lamp utilises organic lacquers and Halemara wood while drawing inspiration from the tales of Akbar and Birbal

Mumbai-based Arjun Rathi Design and Co-founder of Rural Modern Glass Studio introduces its latest collection of the Birbal Lamp. This creation pays homage to the Channa Patna craft, utilising organic lacquers and locally sourced Halemara wood, while drawing inspiration from the tales of Akbar and Birbal. 

The Birbal Lamp measures 36 inches in length, 36 inches in width, and 82 inches in height. Despite its size, it maintains a weight of 25 kilograms. 

It features Channapatna Wood turned tripod leg support and a Blown Glass Module. Illuminated by an LED Strip Light with a warm 3000 K colour temperature, the Birbal Lamp consumes 9 watts of power.
