PVR sells bluO to Smaaash for 86 Cr

PVR Ltd, India’s largest multiplex company today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with Smaaash Entertainment Private Limited to sell its stake in bluO entertainment, a premium bowling and entertainment format operated by the Company. As part of its national expansion plans, Smaaash Entertainment, a gaming and entertainment company, has acquired 100% stake in bluO entertainment (a bowling company), through a cash acquisition deal of 86 Crore.
