Vodafone recently organised their multi city Cricket championship for which engage4more was appointed to execute the event and was in charge of tournament strategy, permissions, logistics and execution of the finale.



Vodafone was consulted by team engage4more to increase the employee engagement levels by creating inclusive competition structure. Engage4more also partnered Vodafone’s communication agency to create a buzz through the tournament. The campaign kicked off with intercity level matches across twenty one circles culminating into the grand finales. The women finalists then assembled in Pune for the National Finale on the 7th of March 2014 at Poona club in Pune where Team Mumbai lifted the trophy. Similarly the Men’s national finale was held at Roshanaraclub at Shakti Nagar in New Delhi where team Haryana beat team VSSI for the spot on the victory stand.

With the women’s cricket grand finales in Pune& Men’s grand finale in New Delhi. The event saw participation from almost 700 Vodafone employees who battled it out on the field to gain the top spot in the tournament.



Each grand finale event was attended by more than 500 Vodafone employees where the cricket final matches were followed by felicitation ceremonies and a grand party. While celebrated sports anchor and VJ Gaurav Kapoor attended the festivities at the women’s finals in Pune, Ajay Jadeja motivated the players in New Delhi.
