IDFC celebrated its annual day with its employees across India on April 26^th at the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre & Hotel. The event was executed by engage4more, who conceptualized and handled the event.

Commenting on the event, Nishant Parashar, Founder and Director, engage4more said: “The brief given to engage4more for this event was to create an evening that would be fun, interactive as well as engaging. As this was an annual day event, we wanted it to reflect the ethos of the client. As part of the event, outstanding contributions by the IDFC team were to be recognized and hence, we had to plan the event around it.”

The entire set for the event was designed in line with the event’s theme – Ultraviolet. To communicate the theme, the setup comprised of a thematic set and a stage to help enhance the visual aspect of the event. In terms of ambience, the event saw thematic props distributed to the guests and UV paint graffiti all around the venue that came alive during the party.

The IDFC Annual Day event was attended by more than 500 IDFC employees, including IDFC leadership team who addressed the gathering. The event also witnessed a Rewards and Recognition session where IDFC employees were awarded for their exemplary contribution at work. The event hosted a live music performer entertaining the guests with popular Bollywood hits and attracting them to the dance floor. This was followed with the DJ spinning some more foot tapping hits and taking over the dance floor.

Speaking about the success of the event, Parashar said: "engage4more was the preferred agency for the event and developed the theme of ‘Ultraviolet’ for it. Befitting the occasion, the entire event was designed to give the guests an experience of the same. More than 500 people attended the event when you have the dance floor packed with people; you know that you have delivered a successful event.”
