Zoya, diamond retailer from the house of Tata, hosted a showing of its diamond jewellery. Put together by Zoya stylists for the month of love, the event and the selection was celebrated by the crème de la crème of society and glitterati including Elli Avram, Joy Sengupta, Viraf Patel, Rituraaj, Asif Basra and more. The floral colors, the dust pink, reds and rich magentas of the rubies and diamonds showcased celebrated passionate and timeless love.

Adding dramatic flair to the evening was an enchanting visual enactment of the love scenes from Shakespeare's “Merchant of Venice” performed by leading names in theatre and film such as Vickram Kapadia and starring Luke Kenny, Rajeev Siddhartha, Neil Bhoopalam and Ira Dubey who was wearing one of Zoya's Valentines selections. The enactment was preceded by a high tea that had an eclectic mix of Mumbai's high society from corporate honchos to film stars in attendance. The play opens to audiences in Mumbai on February 27, 28 at NCPA.

Says Arif Padiath, Business Head, Zoya, 'Each piece of Zoya jewellery is like a piece of art and diamonds have always stood for being the ultimate symbol of everlasting love. We are glad to collaborate with Masque on this unique presentation of the visual enactment of love in one of Shakespeare's most famous plays, The Merchant of Venice, with a very fine cast on stage. Zoya's jewellery presentation uses the finest stones combined with stunning design and exquisite craftsmanship that is a perfect complement to the everlasting classic this play is."
