Tata Motors brings ‘Truck World’ to Vijayawada, executed by T.I.C

?

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, today launched a new trucking concept of TRUCK WORLD: Advanced Trucking Expo in Vijayawada. A unique initiative, TRUCK WORLD is a first-of-its-kind event by Tata Motors, in showcasing the company’s extensive offerings in the medium and heavy commercial vehicles space, all under one roof. Tata Motors ‘TRUCK WORLD’ held from December 17 – 19, at the PWD Grounds, Vijayawada.

The event has been conceptualized and managed by T.I.C.

Conceptualized to reach out to the ever discerning Indian trucking customer, and their families, ‘TRUCK WORLD’ enabled Tata Motors to showcase its experience in the trucking business with latest trucking technologies, vehicle design, quality, reliability and safety. The event had separate areas for product display, hospitality, entertainment, engagement activities and common facilities for customers and visitors alike.

At the TRUCK WORLD in Vijayawada, Tata Motors showcased 26 Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles, its own service related brands like Tata Genuine Parts, Tata Delight and Tata Fleet Man. Tata Motors’ key vendors partners, financers and value-added service providers were also present at the Expo.

Tata Motors also conducted engagement activities and service related workshops for customers, mechanics and drivers at the TRUCK WORLD in Vijayawada. A truck-art zone has also been created at the venue with an artist creating colorful floral patterns, depictions, calligraphy of verses, etc. on a Tata truck. The adorned Tata truck is an example of ‘moving art’ under which various parts of the vehicles have been decorated differently. Furthermore, various entertainment activities have also been organized at the PWD Grounds, keeping in mind families of visitors.

Tata Motors also plans to organize similar events in other trucking centres of the country. First Tata Motors Truck World expo was organized at Huda Gymkhana Club in Gurgaon, New Delhi in October 2014
