Tata Housing partners with Brand Promotions for project 'New Haven – Ribbon Walk'

After the successful execution of TATA Housing’s previous brief of the Spanish theme project “La Montana”, Tata Value Homes joined with Brand Promotions for their new project “New Haven – Ribbon Walk” based in Chennai. The brief was to target the mall goers and make them aware about this new project.



The setup began a night before the activity day, at Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. Based on the purple ribbon theme, it was typically made to showcase what the real project would look like.







The sales section was placed on the right side of the set up for all those who showed interest in learning more about this project. The date of the activity was specifically chosen in sync with the Tamil New Year that fell on 13th April, in order to encourage sales.



The activity was executed on 12th and 13th of April and it was jeweled with the performance of a contemporary ribbon dance that got maximum attention in the mall. The emcee enthralled the audience and kept them entertained with various activities like quizzes, spot prizes etc.



The winners were gratified with goodie bags and an invitation to the site, which was organised in the same week.





Speaking about the activity Sunil Kutty Menon, Director, Brand Promotions said, "Tata Value homes prestigious project in Chennai, New Haven’s USP is its beautifully done up pathway for walk amidst well done landscapes. To communicate this elegantly & to capture the right audience whilst generating relevant leads was our key objective.”
