Percept Ice, a division of Percept Ltd., successfully executed the launch of The Art Guild House by The Phoenix Group on May 30, 2014 in Kurla, Mumbai.

The idea behind organizing such an event was to change the look of the Urban Real Estate for which the concept of art was incorporated and showcased through its spaces in a creative and dynamic manner. The soiree was hosted by Mr and Mrs. Ruia along with Usha Gawde.

The event saw a flow of celebrities and industrialists enjoying an exclusive preview over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

The evening showcased works created by contemporary artists like Thukral & Tagra, Shilpa Gupta, Narendra Yadav, & Sunil Gawde

Keeping in mind ART as the hero of the event, creating an ambience using the correct lighting was one of the biggest challenges along with highlighting the architectural intricacies of the building itself. Keeping in mind the profile of the invitees a perfect mix of art, entertainment, food and ambience made the event a grand success.
