Percept Activ executes ‘Ayurveda Samvaad’ for Dabur India
Percept Activ, the strategic business unit of Percept Sports & Entertainment recently carried out the experiential rights for ‘Ayurveda Samvaad’, an initiative from the house of Dabur India, in Delhi. The objective behind this get together was to take Ayurveda a step ahead along with the shared vision with the fraternity in Delhi on the 2nd of May 2014.
The brief given to the Percept Activ team included bringing together 55-60 Ayurveda practitioners from North India (identified by Dabur India) along with organizing the conference at the Dabur Corporate Office and the Networking Cocktail dinner at the Kempinski Ambience Hotel where the Practitioners were placed at. There was also a special supplement named ‘Dabur Times’ which had to be handed over to all guests at the time of their check out.
Four rounds of special invites were sent to the selected practitioners to make sure they would attend the conference. For the ones who could not attend the conference live streaming of the event was made possible.
On the successful execution of the Ayurveda Samvaad, Mr. Sanjay Shukla – Chief Executive Officer, Percept Sports & Entertainment said, “When we first received the mandate and the brief for this conclave, we understood the importance of the affair. Attention was paid to each and every minute aspect of the event as it catered to a different target audience completely. Live streaming being the most interesting part of this project, was made possible for those practitioners who were unable to attend the conclave. We hope this conclave was the initial step to the long lasting relationship with Dabur India and to work on many such projects with them in the future.”
Commenting on the successful initiative, Dr. Durga Prasad, DGM, Dabur said “Ayurved Samvaad presented a wonderful platform to meet the ayurveda practitioners, understand & recognise their immense effort in taking the age old Ayurvedic science to a new level and the enviable role Dabur has played in facilitating the growth “
Also commenting on the completion of the event, Mr. Sunil Sharma, Senior Manager – Consumer Marketing, Dabur India Ltd said: “Through this conclave, we wanted to give a much more engaging experience with Dabur, in turn building interest value and equity in a way never done before by any. The company was looking to build personal connect with the reputed doctors. It was also the first time Dabur had used the live streaming platform to reach out to med-club members, who couldn’t attend the event, and to get their overwhelming response, to me was one of highlights of the agenda.”
