Pack Ur Bag n Win with Club Mahindra
Brand Promotions won the pitch to celebrate ‘World Family Day’ with Club Mahindra which fell on 15th May at Essel World. This activity was exclusive to families who held an Essel World passport.
The responsibility of the agency was to invite existing member families who already held the Essel World passport and encouraged them to participate in the ‘Pack your Bag n Win’ activity.
Families of all passport holders’ were approached directly at the venue and were encouraged to participate in various one minute games. One of the tasks which they had to accomplish was to separate maximum props they could from a pile of Summer & Winter props. Such other games helped grab attention of other families to the activity area.
An extensive set up was created at Essel World, the night before the D-day. The sales section which was an integral part of the entire activation was positioned on the right side of the setup. Interested families were given more information about Club Mahindra holiday packages here.
The event was held between 15th to 19th May, 2014. The emcee kept the audience entertained with various one minute games. Winning families was awarded a 2N/3D holiday voucher by Club Mahindra. A total of 139 winners out of 278 participants were declared during the 5 days activity.
While speaking about the event, Sunil Kutty Menon, Director, Brand Promotions, said,“Our challenge was to get the attention of families with Essel World Passports. Summer is a time for planning family vacations. Our motive was to drive and encourage participation by promoting the holiday factor in the activity.”
