New and returning sponsors at the Zee Jaipur Literature Festival 2015
Leading brands, arts organisations and educational institutions are supporting the Zee Jaipur Literature Festival as sponsors for the 2015 edition, enabling the popular literary festival to remain free and open to all.
Zee Entertainment has renewed their commitment to supporting the Festival as title sponsor. This is the second year of partnership with Zee Entertainment.
Zee is not the only returning partner for 2015, all four of the Festival’s venue sponsors from 2014 and before have again committed to supporting the annual event. Google will be venue sponsor for the Mughal Tent for the fourth year in a row, British Airways, Harvard University’s Mahindra Humanities Centre and Ford will all return for the second year as venue partners for the Baithak, Durbar Hall and Samvad respectively.
New partners for the 2015 Festival include Amazon.in which will join as the Festival’s Official Book Partner. The global online retailer will share the joy of reading with Festival-goers at the Festival’s bookstore which last year saw sales of over 10,000 titles in just four days. Rajnigandha will support the Front Lawns as venue sponsor, the largest venue at the Festival, which sees some of the Festival’s biggest names appear on stage.
Connecting the Festival to the rest of the world will be MTS India which will be Official Data Partner, whilstAmity University will be Official University Partner. Continuing their partnership with the Festival, Coca Cola will refresh visitors as Official Beverage Partner, and speakers will be able to relax and unwind in The Glenlivet Authors Lounge, supported by The Glenlivet.
The Festival is also thrilled to welcome several series sponsors, notably UN Women who will present highlights of the ‘Women Uninterrupted’ series, whilst Indian Quarterly Magazine will present the ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ series.
The Zee Jaipur Literature Festival will take place next week between 21-25 January 2015 at Hotel Diggi Palace. Confirmed speakers include Nobel laureate V.S.Naipaul, Pulitzer-Prize winning poet Vijay Seshadri and Man Booker Prize winner Eleanor Catton. The Festival is completely free and open to all.
