Liwewire Experience manages ‘Technovation’, a customer conference for Nice Systems
The Livewire Experience planned and organized a two-day customer conference for Nice systems on 14th and 15th September at the Nice office in Hinjewadi Pune. The conference was attended by existing and prospective customers of Nice Systems from across India.
This is the first time ever Nice was hosting a conference for their customers and required an agency who would manage the event end to end. Their brief asked for detailing of the entire event and coordination of each and every guest, right from registrations to their travel and stay in Pune and the event execution.
Based on the brief Livewire named the conference “Nice Technovation”. A technology conclave with learning, knowledge sharing sessions and a networking gala planned to make it a memorable event.
Design of the event included the entire event packaging right from RSVP to promotional collaterals such as conference kits, HTML mailers, social media branding, a Micro site dedicated for the event, demo booths and a lot more on the main event day as well. A flow of online registrations on all these platforms brought about the next step of planning and booking of travel and stay as per individual requirements.
Set up of the venue included specially designed demo booths along the periphery of the business lounge and a 20ft stage with a centre LED. The event began with a plenary session by the MD Sanjay Gupta and saw 2 days, full of insightful sessions, tracks and industry speakers talking about how a business can re-invent customer experiences and various such topics.
Post interactive business sessions attendees gained access to the whole suite of Nice products and solutions for enterprises along with technology partner booths for live demos and discussions with local and international subject experts and Nice R&D teams.
Attendees were ushered to Radisson Blu in the evening to let their hair down for the networking gala which had a special band performance and interactivities awaiting them.
