LeEco leads India into Ecosystem TV Era with the launch of its Super TV's

The company launches the world’s first EcoTV-Super3 Max65, along with Super3 X65 and Super3 X55. Global internet and technology conglomerate LeEco has ushered in a new era of content integrated Ecosystem TVs in India by launching its stunning Super3 series Ecosystem TV –Super3 X55, Super3 X65 and Super3 Max65 that supports 3D display. With this launch, LeEco is all set to redefine TV viewing experience for Indian users by bringing its superlative technologies at indisputably disruptive prices.


Following the US$ 2 billion acquisition of leading American TV maker VIZIO on July 26th, LeEco is now making another significant move to expand its globally successful TV business. The release of the Super3 Series marks the global technology giant’s dedication to further adopt the ecosystem model in India and provide Indian users with the best-in-class experience of internet ecosystem TV.

LeEco, which entered the Indian smartphone market earlier this year, is riding high after the massive success of its Super phones. It also recently launched its own e-commerce marketplace LeMall which has received encouraging responses from consumers. With the launch of SuperTV's, LeEco has brought together key elements of its ecosystem model in India, including devices, content, applications and platform.

Experience Big with Super3 Series
LeEco's Super TV's are packed with numerous features that will bring big changes for consumers in India. "Having been designed with future user scenarios of video, app, and game in mind, our Super TVs are future-proof, and are truly leaders among the majority of similarly configured products," says Atul Jain, COO, Smart Electronics Business, LeEco India. LeEco’s exemplary 3D Model – Super3 Max65 – is the unmatched flagship and will certainly add a new dimension to 3D experience on TV's. Its polarized 3D feature will eliminate the major discomforts such as blurring and dizziness, which users usually face while watching 3D content. The 3D glasses that LeEco’s Super3 Max65 comes with, are of superior quality, eliminating the viewer discomfort and enhancing the overall user experience of 3D consumption.

At the center of these Super TV's is LeEco’ eUI5.5 user interface, which is at the heart of LeEco’s product development philosophy. The Ecosystem UI brings with it the option of customization that shows different apps depending on the frequency of use. The TV’s are equipped with LeEco's self-developed and renowned content-viewing apps such as Levidi, LIVE, LeView along with other tailor-made apps like Panosearch.

Making the user experience all the more comprehensible is LeEco's Super Remote Control 3.0 which is the handiest and smartest remote in the market. The four-direction navigation buttons help users easily access different applications and functions. Users can also use it as an air mouse or game pad to control multiple devices connected to the SuperTV. Furthermore, users can also grab their LeEco Superphones and point to the SuperTV's to surf to whichever channel they want.

Perfectly complementing the SuperTV's is the Yoga Stand that comes free of cost with them. The unique curvaceous stand contrasts well with the straight-line design of the TV set. It is distinctive, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing, allowing the TV to be placed both firmly and beautifully.

LeEco Supertainment membership extends to bigger screens
LeEco SuperTV's will change the way users consume content on televisions. All three SuperTV's will give access to one of the largest content libraries in India. Users can enjoy at least 2000 Full HD/HD films from Hollywood and Bollywood, more than 100 satellite TV channels, 3.5 million songs (coming soon by software upgrade), and more than 50 live concerts. With SuperTV's, users will also get access to ac loud storage space of 5TB with strict privacy protection so users can store pictures capturing memorable moments on the cloud and share them conveniently with family and friends.

Better-than-industry-standard warranty and after-sales services
After-sales service of TVs is another pain-point for users as most products generally have a rather short warranty period. Once the TV hits its warranty, repairing becomes a frequent and difficult task. While one year is the industry standard for a new television warranty, LeEco doubles the industry standard by providing Super3 Series a 2-year product warranty. LeEco understands that the most easily damaged and expensive TV component is the panel. Therefore, the LeEco Super3 Series' standard panel warranty will cover users for a full 4 years, while the industry standard for panel warranty is just 1-2 years. LeEco’s large after-sales service network in India with over 333 outlets at convenient locations is another advantage for users. Additionally, users will have access to a 24x7 call centre, offering services in nine languages.

Disruptive pricing and availability
The SuperTV's will surely disrupt the Indian TV market given its pricing. Super3 X55 - 139.7 cm (55)will be available for Rs59,790, LeEco Super3 X65 - 163.9 cm (65)is priced at Rs 99,790 and Super3 Max65– 163.9 cm (65) will come at a price of Rs 149,790. All three SuperTV's come with 2 years of VIP membership worth Rs 9,800.
