Inextis Events engages 1094 Tata Motors' patrons across 10 cities

Inextis Events organized and executed a multi city – multi dealer one day event at Tata Motors’ Dealerships. Inextis Events managed the execution at 10 cities – 44 dealerships, starting from planning of logistics, event flow, manpower selection and shortlisting, printing, fabrication and final roll out at all cities and their respective dealerships.


Tata Motors invited its existing customer data base of clients who own a Tata Motors’ Passenger Vehicles and Prospects for the celebration. The event witnessed a total of 1094 families attending and joining the celebration.

Inextis Events roles and responsibilities included coordinating with Individual Dealerships, conducting Reece at all venues, fabrication, welcome drinks for attendees, manpower and return gifts for all attendees.

The event flow was planned in a manner to keep the attendees engaged throughout the day right from 11 AM to 5 PM. A professional emcee was making the people interact, entertain and bring the best out of attendees by making them play minute to win-it games along with an interactive session with Tata Motors Sales Representative informing attendees about the various schemes, offers and prizes during “Har Week Diwali” celebration. Engagements included a photo-op set-up wherein attendees took photos along with props and “Har Week Diwali” cut-outs. Keeping in mind entertainment for all, a magician was also a part of the celebration event entertaining kids and families with shocking magic tricks.

Over the successful planning and execution of the multi city event, Mayank Prakash – Marketing Manager for Tata Motors said “The idea was to create excitement at our dealerships and generate walk-ins during the festive season. It was a herculean task as the event had to be executed in 10 cities at 44 dealerships and the timelines were tight. It was also important to ensure standardization at all locations irrespective of executional challenges faced at regional level. The team was able to entertain 1094 families while generating 127 fresh bookings during the event.
