India’s only and largest pet fair geared for its landmark eleventh release

The 11th India International Pet Trade Fair (IIPTF) will be held from August 23-25 2019 at Hall 7, Pragati Maidan, Delhi
IIPTF is South Asia’s only pet trade fair and India’s largest pet event. An exhibition-cum-trade show dedicated to the pet vertical in India, it is a quality-driven event at par with international standards. The B2B (business-to-business) event showcases an exhaustive range of pet products and pet-pertinent services from across India and overseas.
Organised by Creature Companion, a pet care magazine published by L.B. Associates Pvt Ltd, the fair has been compared to established and reputed events such as the national book fair and auto expo. In its eleventh edition, IIPTF is proud to organise Indian Pet Industry Dialogue (IPID) 2019 and Indian Pet Industry Awards.
The first edition of the Indian Pet Industry Dialogue on August 23 will have distinguished names from the Pet Industry such as Dr. S K Dutta, Dy Commissioner Animal Husbandry and Mr. Varindra Sewak, Former MD Purina India speaking on Import Regulations for Pet Products. Dr. Jasjeet Josan, Senior Veterinarian and Mr. Mohit Arora, Marketing Director, Pet Nutrition India will give an overview of the Indian Pet Industry and the significance of educating pet owners for its future growth. Mrs. Bogusia Dziedzic, Company Director of Slovenian pet nutrition enterprise Petfood Specialities will enlighten the audience on Current Trends ruling the Pet Food Market.
The conference will also have industry specialists Mr. Ashish Anthony (JustDog), Mr. Gaurav Mittal (DogSpot), Dr. Pawan Kumar (Cessnalife) and Dr. Milind Hatekar (Pet Aid) discussing the changing face of Pet Retail and Veterinary Practice in India. Mr. Varun Yagain, CEO – DogMyCats will give valuable tips on maximizing Pet Shop ROI. Mr. Punil Modhgil will expound on incorporating Digital Media for increasing online presence and managing brands.
The Indian Pet Industry Awards have been organised with the prime aim of encouraging pet businesses, entrepreneurs and NGOs to keep reinventing themselves to serve pets and pet owners in an effective manner. The five main categories of the awards include Best Entrepreneur of the Year, Pet Shop of the Year, Grooming Parlour of the Year, Pet Boarding of the Year and NGO of the Year. The winners in each category will receive trophies and certificates of recognition.
Renowned domestic and international businesses will also showcase their petcare products and services in the pet trade exhibition on August 24 and 25.
