India-debut of The Axe Boat Party

?

Axe successfully launched the first Indian edition of its exclusive, invite-only Axe Boat Party. Hosted atop the Deltin Royale, sailing along the coast of India’s party capital – Goa, Axe guests had the chance to witness one of the snazziest sundowners ever.

The Axe Boat Party was attended by well known faces like Evelyn Sharma, Malika Haydon, Surily Joseph, Ash Chandler, celebrity blogger Malini Agarwal, a host of international models and more. Firebrand Archana Vijay played hostess for the evening and kept the energy of the party going, engaging with the guests, dancing and posing for pictures with them.

The Axe Boat Party contest gave people the chance to attend one of the most hyped parties of the year. While over 1.5 million Axe users participated in the contest over a span of two months, only a lucky few were invited to it. These winners - The Most Wanted Indian Men - were flown down from different parts of the country to Goa. Their Axe experience began with them being chauffeured to the Deltin Royale in swanky BMWs. The winners were visibly excited to see what lay in store for them. They were welcomed atop the Deltin Royale by sexy Axe hostesses - a trademark of the Axe Boat Tours across the world. Before entering the sundeck, they had the chance to pose with the Axe Angels specially flown down for the Axe Boat Party. As expected, the Axe Angels were a roaring hit among the guests, who couldn’t get enough of posing and dancing with them all night. And the Axe Angels and Hostesses were more than glad to socialise with these Indian men.

The Party began with EDM specialist Candice Redding taking over the console to dish some insane music, duly setting the mood for the evening. The EDM fever continued till late in the night, when Malika Haydon and Nina Shah, who make up The Elektrovertz, drove the guests wild with their set of dance music. Moving beyond the music, the Axe Boat Party was at its craziest best with bartending acts and dance performances, a mermaid swishing in an enormous martini glass and a special performance by Brazilian dancers on the sundeck. While the dancers were initially performing onstage, it wasn’t long before they came down to the dance floor, matching their steps with the guests.

Internationally, the AXE Boat Party is an established property, having regaled partygoers across the world for more than a decade. What started out as a standalone boat tour of luxurious resorts that overlook the coastline has evolved into an annual celebratory voyage. Since 2003, as many as 132 parties have been hosted, covering more than 50 cities across the Atlantic coast and Mediterranean. Till date, over 30,000 people have boarded the AXE Boat since its inception and it has completed more than 2000 hours of navigation.
