How are the IT, OT and Data Centre industries innovating for the future?
Find out at Schneider Electric Innovation Day 2020: Resilient Digital Transformation.
Schneider Electric, the leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, will host its latest Virtual Innovation Day event tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27th, 2020, bringing together the best in class from IT, data centre and built environment technology industries, globally. For the first time, the sessions will be presented virtually with a lineup of both local and international speakers. Titled ‘Innovation Day: Resilient Digital Transformation’, attendees will hear from leaders inside Schneider and externally as well.
Pivoting to digital ways of doing business has been the core of developments in the recent past, in India and across the globe. McKinsey’s recent data show that we have moved five years forward in consumer and business digital adoption in a matter of around eight weeks. We see these changes reflected across banking, healthcare, education and retail segments. This trend is being powered by efficient datacenters at the back end and the efficiency and optimised energy expectations from the datacenters is only going to escalate. How is this business then preparing itself to shift gear significantly, while staying optimised, smart, agile and sustainable?
Schneider Electric’s Innovation Day will look at addressing these queries and empowering the industry with future focussed technology. Industry trailblazers including Omar Hatamleh, Technical Integration Manager at Nasa, Daniel Joe-Jimenez, AVP at IDC and Schneider’s own Pankaj Sharma, EVP of Secure Power along with others will share their insights, with planned keynote speeches focusing on topics such as:
- opinions on the future of innovation and strategic transformation
- how to build a digitally resilient enterprise; and
- powering and digitising data centres
With breakout sessions tailored for IT data centre professionals, IT resellers and solution providers, as well as facility consultants and contractors, the event’s appeal is far-reaching.
Offering opportunities to learn from inspirational industry leaders and discover new and innovative approaches, the event aims to support those in the field by creating a community of collaborators. At Schneider, our mission is to help drive conversations about innovation and how we can work collectively to transform the industries which power us both locally and globally.
With a range of sessions available we welcome anyone with an interest in the field to join us and hope to see attendees engage in the following workshops.
