Fountainhead organizes the Forevermark Forum '14

Fountainhead Entertainment organized the event for Forevermark Diamonds from 2nd to 4th July’14 in Fairmont Hotel, Jaipur.



The brief was to conceptualize and execute the Forevermark Forum’14 for which Fountainhead developed an exhibition area with 13 stalls and 3 different display areas.



The event comprised of around 150 diamond merchants, manufacturers and retailers. Also present were people from Forevermark India & global teams. It was a three day event comprising of exhibition and business Sessions during the day coupled with entertaining performances.



The first day saw business transactions, meetings and speeches by the brand's CEO and President. The night was concluded with a breathtaking performance by Usha Uthup at a beautiful set up in the hotel.



The second day included knowledge sessions by Patu Keswani (Owner, Lemon Tree Hotels) and Guneet Singh (Head - Marketing, Google India) followed by the brand's global CEO unveiling of the Trend Book. The day concluded with a splendid performance by Hum Sufi, a contemporary Sufi band. The final day comprised mainly of media interactions and walkthroughs.



The Exhibition setup comprised of 13 stalls and 3 display areas, all finished with textured paint, the conference setup was flex back drop with 3D logo. The evening setup comprised of Mirchi backdrop with flex Panels.



The venue for the exhibition was provided 10 hours in advance for setting up of 13 stalls, display areas, stage and seating. Also, unexpected showers forced the venue of the Sufi night to be changed 5 hours before the commencement. Sachin Jain,President Forevermark Diamonds Pvt Ltd commented, “Inspite all odds and hitches faced before and during the course of the event, the show was pulled off seamlessly and was a success.”
