The aim of the conference was to engage, interact and understand brand needs on experiential marketing. The speakers discussed on the client and agency relation and how the relationship can be used foster better productivity. The clients and agencies should have a clear communication to have a better understanding of the deliverables. “The agencies should not loose the essence of the brief provided by outstation clients so to overcome the cultural differences” added Ramita Chaudhuri, Chief Marketer , Nidhi Malik, Vice President, Home Credit India,” The clients needs to be clear as to what they want”. The panelists also zeroed upon the fact that before recruiting the agencies , clients should know the KPIs. But, how to choose the right agency suited for our business, asked Pooja Choprah, Founder Director , BeSpoke Handbags and Gifts. The panelists had an engaging discussion on the same . Manpreet Singh Kocher said,” Clients should know the essence of brands before hiring agency for getting the optimum results”.
Sanjoy Roy, President EEMA in his concluding lines said,” the clients and agents both need to respect each other, respect timelines. This kind of interaction is important now and collective collaboration of ideas and execution would lead to better performance”. Ms. Chaudhuri concluded the discussion saying ,” for creative execution , we need to start thinking”.
