Delhi To Have 8K Weddings On November 21

Earlier, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) said that the trade body is expecting a total of 3 lakh crore business in this wedding season in the entire country.

Amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic which halted many weddings because the government imposed restrictions to curb the spread of the virus, now the National Capital is going to have a total of eight thousand (8,000) weddings on November 21. 

As Delhi and the entire country is witnessing fewer daily COVID-19 cases, the government has eased the wedding-related restrictions. As the guest list is capped at 200 people now, heavy saaya dates have been booked solid.

According to several wedding planners, the dates from November 18 to 20 are fully booked for the November 21 function. According to them, November 21 is the most auspicious day of the year in terms of business as well. 

Earlier, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) said that the trade body is expecting a total of 3 lakh crore business in this wedding season in the entire country. 

The trade body said that encouraged by the vigorous business in the festive season of Diwali this year, traders across the country including Delhi are now preparing themselves for one another bonanza for the forthcoming wedding season.
