Chivas hosted an exclusive photo exhibition called 'Safe Light' with renowned photographer Jatin Kampani on 23rd March 2014 at Trilogy, Mumbai.







The event was executed by Showhouse Events and witnessed about 200 attendees. The idea was to have a dark room as photographers have while developing their pictures with just a red beam of light similar to the effect of a photographic dark room.







The evening was graced by guest like Lara Dutta, Dia Mirza, Sahil Sangha, Ram Sampat, Sona Mohapatra, Anushka Manchanda, Natalia Kaur,Marc Robinson, Preeti Jhangiani, Parvin Dabas and many more.



According to Jatin Kampani, “Safe Light actually refers to the Red Light - the only light source suitable for use in photographic darkroom. Black & White are the colors to look for, but only in the ray of Red. Like a bizzare twist in the tale, photo exhibition Safe Light is not about a photographer's photograph. Rather, it is about the agony & the ecstasy that goes with the craft.”
