Candid Marketing launches CollegeOKPlease.Com


Candid Marketing has relaunched its digital activation property targeted at college students on September 1, 2014. The property that was previously known as, will now operate under a fresh new identity, name and branding - The property aims at becoming an ally for college students as they navigate through college life, thus becoming a one stop shop for every student to get their "College Life Ka Daily Dope."

The property draws from the philosophies of tribe marketing and content marketing, and aims at addressing the softer needs of college students like fashion and style trends, beauty and grooming, friendship, romance, humor, money saving tips, career tips, internships, technology, music, movies, books and much more.

The current model uses the website ( as the backbone of this property with the aim of creating content in a format that is easy to consume, and share. The new version of the property is mobile compatible, thus providing users with an enhanced experience at their fingertips to add to the convenience.This model also includes creating and integrating consumer relevant and brand building content thus enabling brands targeting this TG, a ready base of students to connect with.

CollegeOKPlease will also conduct targeted on-ground college activities addressing specific subjects like lifestyle and technology. Over the next year, 200 colleges across the country will be targeted with mini carnivals on the same. Moreover, CollegeOKPlease has already developed a network of more than 100 college students that are interning with them, to give them college related content like places to hang out, eat, college events, news, views and much more. Many of these students are also writing and contributing to content on the website.

Over the years, the property has partnered with brands such as Elle 18, BlackBerry, Croma,,, Ebay, Sony Music, Wrangler, HT Campus, Crocs, 5 Star and Gabi Life among others.
